Week 3 - Let’s have a party!

Cupcakes are a party staple. Full of possibilities to decorate and perfect portion sizes for everyone, we’ve given our Seaside Cupcakes a glow up with their own ‘under the sea’ cupcake wrappers.

Step 1 – Using a black icing pen, pipe 2 eyes onto a large white chocolate button.
Step 2 – Sandwich 2 white chocolate buttons between a cocktail stick using a dollop of icing (technical measurement) and once set poke into the top of the croissant for eyes.
Step 3 – Slice a strawberry in half and make a slit in the middle and gently pull apart to create a claw, place on the ends of your croissant and voila!
