Can you create bespoke shapes?

Our designers can turn any shape into a cookie cutter, and then a biscuit for you. All we need is a clear jpeg image, and if the shape is very complicated, we will work with you to ensure a perfect biscuit outcome. We've made over 5000 cookie cutters in many shapes, from handbags to trainers, to animals and elves!

Can you send gifts to multiple addresses?

We are set up to fulfil orders to multiple addresses across the UK and further afield, and can offer a seamless shipping experience, with our delivery partners Royal Mail or DPD.

What's the minimum order?

Our minimum biscuit order can be as few as 25 custom branded biscuits. Please note this increases in peak periods such as Christmas.

Can you make biscuits in our brand colours?

Our expert Biscuit Artists can closely match brand colours in icing, working from logos, brand colour palettes or Pantone's for a flawless match in edible form.

Can you print our logo onto biscuits?

Yes absolutely. Our amazing edible ink printers can reproduce your logo for an exact brand match. We can also print onto biscuits of any shape, including custom brand shapes.

What custom biscuit flavours do you offer?

Our most popular flavour is vanilla, and rightly so. It’s completely delicious, with just the right amount of icing making a crunchy, caramelly treat.

At Christmas, gingerbread is an all round favourite.

Can you make vegan branded biscuits?

Our standard biscuits contain butter, eggs and wheat.

We are also able to offer vegan, plant based biscuits on request.

Please note our bakery handles nuts and peanuts.

What different design options do I have for branded biscuits?

From printed to piped, hand painted to stamped, there is a biscuit to suit every project and budget.

What are the custom biscuit packaging options?

Your biscuits can be delivered individually packed in eco-cellophane bags, or in sturdy, recycled gift boxes.

Our packaging is plastic free.

We are able to offer custom stickers, belly bands and packaging for every size of gift box.

What's the lead time for bespoke biscuits?

Lead time varies depending on volume and design requirements, but can be as little as 2 days for a smaller order, or up to a month for an order of 10,000 biscuits or more.
