All the flavour, none of the fuss.
The lime gives it a nice and sharp taste, but the drink itself is sweet and creamy – the perfect blend.
4 shots of vodka
4 freshly squeezed limes (save a squeeze for the biscuit rim)
110mls of cream
110mls of pineapple juice
4 crushed biscuits (we suggest ginger biscuits)
Cocktail shaker & a cup full of ice
Blitz your biscuits into a crumbly consistency, you can use a food processor, pestle & mortar or place the biscuits in a bag and crush with a rolling pin and transfer to a large plate.
Squeeze a little lime juice onto another plate and dip your drinking glasses into the juice before rolling in the biscuit crumbs. Set aside to chill in the refrigerator whilst you make the martinis.
Add the vodka, squeezed lime, pineapple juice and cream to an ice-filled shaker. Shake to combine and pour into the chilled biscuity-rimmed glasses.
Garnish with a finely cut lime.
Serve and enjoy.
