At Honeywell Bakes, our Christmas diary starts filling from September, and by November many of our most popular delivery slots are already snapped up. Ordering early means you’ll have plenty of time to get your order just right.
So, how early should you order your branded biscuits? Let’s break it down.
Why Lead Time Matters for Corporate Christmas Gifts
When it comes to branded biscuits, every step takes care and time:
- Design & approval – we work with your logo, artwork, or festive idea to get it just right.
- Hand-icing or printing – each biscuit is decorated with precision, whether intricately piped or printed in full colour. We can closely match brand colours and bring your designs to life.
- Packaging & delivery – biscuits are individually wrapped in plant based, clear cello bags (no plastic) or boxed in eco-friendly gift packaging, ready to be sent directly to your clients or your office.
Leaving plenty of lead time means we can make your order exactly as you imagined, without compromise.
The Best Time to Place Your Order
- September – Early birds get the best choice We’ll have plenty of time to discuss designs, flavours, and packaging options.
- October – Our busiest month for bookings in branded biscuits Slots begin to book up fast; perfect timing if you already know your quantities.
- November – Availability becomes more limited We’ll always try to fit you in, but by this point options can be more restricted.
- December – Last-minute? We’ll try and help! If we have space, we’ll make it happen, but we can’t guarantee that we will have space in the bakery schedule.

Typical Corporate Biscuit Leadtimes
Every order is different, but here’s a rough guide:
- Small bespoke sets (up to 50 biscuits): allow 1 week
- Medium orders (500–1000 biscuits): allow 10-14 days
- Larger campaigns (1,000+ biscuits): book at least 2 weeks in advance.
Rush order? We will accommodate you if you can, and can sometimes deliver within 2 days, depending on our schedule.
Tips for Stress-Free Ordering
- Book early, with plenty of time for amendments The earlier you book, the more time we have to get things just right – you will have the pick of all of our biscuit and packaging options.
- Order a sample. If you’d like to see your logo or design on a biscuit before finalising your order, we can create one for you.
- Think about delivery. We can ship in bulk to your office or send directly to individual client addresses across the UK (and internationally).
