After creating a dessert table exhibit for the Cake and Bake Show Manchester in April (here’s the carnival/funfair dessert table we did) we were asked if we’d like to exhibit at the Cake and Bake Show London.
Despite the fact that I (Rebecca) was due to have a baby 4 weeks before, we said yes (what maternity leave!).
As we now mainly sell biscuits we thought we’d do a biscuity, woodland themed dessert table.
I was very dark when we were setting up (later spotlights were added, but we weren’t able to be there during the show unfortunately) and the car was so jam packed (including baby Jessica and Grandma) I didn’t bring my camera bag with the flash in, silly mistake!
A biscuit picnic – hamper, cake, cupcakes, sandwiches, plates etc are all biscuits. Yum!
Rosie made the 3D toadstools, mice and hedgehogs. The toadstools are my favourite thing overall I think. They were gingerbread flavour with an icing glaze.
I took some more pictures when we got the biscuits home again, in better light. I love these mini biscuit cupcakes!
