Pumpkin Dough Balls Recipe
Hey there, Pumpkin!
Something wicked this way comes… because All Hallows ‘Eve approaches, AND these dough balls are insanely easy and tasty.
It really is a simple recipe, which can be amped up with any combination of seasonings, or dips.
The Basic Recipe
The basic recipe is a simple pizza dough – you can make additions to this, such as adding some paprika & oregano to produce a more orange coloured dough.
- 1 tsp dried easy-yeast
- 1/2 tsp golden caster sugar
- 175g plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- a handful of polenta (to prep surface area)
- 115 ml warm water
An oven temperature of around 170c is perfect.
