Standard delivery is with Royal Mail and typically takes 2-3 days after dispatch, but is not trackable.
Nominated day tracked delivery will arrive on the chosen date.
Delivery to Europe typically takes 7-10 days.
Our standard recipe does contain gluten, butter and eggs.
We are able to make vegan biscuits for bespoke orders, with a minimum order value of £100.
We do have baking kits available which are suitable for vegans, and the macaron kits are naturally non-gluten containing. However they are packed in a bakery which handles gluten so traces may remain.
We can make up samples in your designs ahead of a main order. Samples are £50, with £25 credit towards the main order.
We do! We have a minimum order of £1000 a year. Please do get in touch to discuss further.
Please email or call us as soon as possible after placing the order, as once the order in is progress, we won’t be able to change the address.
If you’ve ordered a 3,6 or 12 month bundle, the welcome folder is sent straight away. All baking kits will arrive the first week of each month.
As an example: If you place an order on 23rd June, your Welcome Folder will be posted out with 1-2 days. The first baking kit of your subscription will be sent out the first week in July, and all other kits will be sent out the first week of the following months.
If you’ve joined our rolling subscription, your box will arrive in the first week of the following month.
Unfortunately we survive on sugar alone, so there aren’t any!
We’ve spent years perfecting our packaging and yes, they do. Occasionally the post people are heavy handed, and rarely, a biscuit will break, but this is very rare. We replace any breakages but please get in touch straight away, and don’t be tempted to eat them before you tell us!
Yes, definitely.
Depending on volume, usually between 4 days and 4 weeks. However, we can often work to deadlines so please do give us a ring if your order is urgent.

Yes, all of our biscuits are vegetarian. We also have a range of vegan baking kits.

We now have an ongoing partnership with Farm Africa, so unfortunately we can’t donate to other charities, even though we know that they are extremely worthy and doing amazing things.
We can certainly create bespoke boxes of biscuits for larger orders. Please do get in touch to discuss your ideas.

How long can you resist them?
Biscuits last two weeks in gift boxes, or 2 months in jars or tins. We can seal your biscuits into airtight cellophane bags for you if you request this when you order, for a shelf life of 2 months.
Baking kits have a 6 month shelf life.
His name is Cookie, and he’s a fluffy Pomeranian. We used to also have a wonderful dog called Biscuit, who is now in doggy heaven.
No, we don’t include pricing or receipts with the orders as so many of our products are given as gifts. An order confirmation will be emailed to you, please check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.
